It is possible to achieve a high mastery in sports only with a professional attitude towards it.

 

Almost the whole year the sportsmen of the highest level appear on the arena of the SC “Krylatskoye”. As a rule they have two or three trainings a day and it is approximately from 4 to 6 hours a day. The training process is a complicated system and it is different for each kind of sport. If you want to become a professional sportsman, you should be clear in your mind that practically all your life and all your plans will be placed under the attempt to reach the best results. You have to be ready to spend 250-300 days a year at different trainings and competitions. Practically all members of combined teams in different kinds of sport face such loading.

 

In our turn, we do our best to make sports trainings and competitions successful.

 

The SC “Krylatskoye” invites children (from 5 years) to attend our figure skating and speed skating sports schools.
